Cliff, calm down, you're exaggerating here just like in your Dream, it's not that I don't like dreams because I can't understand them; in fact, I enjoy music that's even more complicated to listen to. I don't like them because what they convey doesn't move me one way or the other, because my musical sensitivity, even on a purely emotional level, doesn't give a damn about what these tracks transmit. Realize that it's NOT THAT IF SOMEONE ELSE DOESN'T LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE IT MEANS THEY HAVE LESS MUSICAL SENSITIVITY; we’ve been a bit megalomaniacal lately, haven't we?!

And how can you say that? Probably Newsted was responsible for his lines, he surely had less compositional power, but perhaps that's because he had fewer ideas. By the way, it’s not a power chord, it’s not even a chord; a power chord is that chord containing the root and the fifth, with all the octaves and inversions you want, but those two notes, the intro of "misery" is an arpeggio on the root, the fifth and...THE THIRD, so it's a proper chord.
