THE REVIEW

[James]: "I want some more... (applause) ...I want some fucking more!!"

Unmistakable fierce cry of the THE voice of Thrash Metal; the anticipation during the journey from Memory - DVD player had already shot my nerves out of my skin, I almost had an epileptic fit during the ample 5 minutes it took me to remove all that fucking tape around the package, then I inserted it, and sprawled out in the chair with a bowl of already ketchup-covered fries... that lasted no more than three seconds, until the man's voice made my eighty kilos of eager anticipation jump to their feet... total devotion, hair down even though I was in the living room, I already felt that strange shiver, that exhilaration, that magical frequency that only filters through the speakers of live performances, I had already read the setlist, I was ready for my 9 hours of DVD, pre-cooked dinner, which I would totally ignore while watching all, and I mean all, of Metallica's best pieces, the covers of Am I Evil and Breadfan, those four clowns still with their manes strictly intact doing their usual jams with swapped instruments and talking nonsense with the audience.

"I want some more... I want some fucking more!!"

The tension is sky-high, four hits of charlie... the full and crackling distortion

Metallica

Metallica is an American heavy metal band formed in 1981 by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich. They rose from the Bay Area thrash scene with early albums like Kill 'Em All and Ride the Lightning, achieved mainstream success with 1991's Metallica (The Black Album), and have released a long-running and often debated catalog since.
