If you ask Fulvio, then you're definitely mistaken; he certainly isn't as much a good guitarist as he is a good composer. He might be the best MUSICIAN in metal; his technique is excellent, and as far as I can understand, he's better than Peterson and SICURAMENTE better than Hammett (even though I love him as a Metallica fan, he's the most technically overrated guitarist in metal). But perhaps he doesn't reach the levels of various Murphy, Gobel, Masvidal, etc. These are all subjective judgments.

Why are you laughing like that? Now they call it OVERACTIVE IMAGINATION? Or did you really mean the overactive imagination of Death? There wouldn’t be a problem there; just pull down the third riff (the one in 12/8 under the first solo) and then it’s (almost) good to go.
