Is there no brawl? Are there no homophobes, faux macho, bloodthirsty "antropopopfagi"? I'm glad to hear that. Then, I only say that I fundamentally share your judgment, especially regarding the value of the artist, also a producer at just 25 years old, of this album.

A good friend always has a dilemma: to intervene proactively, trying to prevent a fight from breaking out, or to jump into the fray at the first exchange of punches. This time I wait... :-)

Both this and "Love," with those "platonic" horses on the cover, are two vinyl records that I cherish dearly. It’s not out of the question that one day I might make you suffer with the review of the latter; unless someone beats me to it (which is more than likely given the little time I have). In any case, "High Land..." is indeed the best of the Scottish songwriter's production.

You know what I do? I've only read the first two lines, but that's enough. I'll give it the usual 5 first and then I'll read it carefully later. It's a very tough work week for me, but your reviews have certainly made it less burdensome.

In these days when I can only allow myself fleeting appearances, knowing that you instead have time to dedicate to your (our) passions comforts me. P.S. The Rare Earth, Kosmo, are missed, indeed.

If I were "working" full-time for DeBaser, I wouldn't have missed it. :-) It's an album I'm very fond of, and not just because it's on vinyl.

I like the single; I liked the first two; this latest one also appeals to Charles... well, let's say I'm feeling positive.

I always have this album within reach, like aspirin. Only, unlike acetylsalicylic acid, it doesn't hurt the stomach, but only brings well-being and "good vibrations." :-)

But how many listens do we have in common! I believe you also know the '80s group of Terry Hall, The Colourfield, as well as his recommendable solo works. This is Ska!!
