Nine Horses Snow Borne Sorrow

I've finally listened to it and I can reassure you: in some aspects, it comes close to what you consider the best Sylvian. I'm not giving a rating yet because I want to evaluate it better: I'm torn between a 4 and a 5.

Oh, come on! Still with this talk about "not saying anything new." But if you listen to any album of this genre, I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect anything groundbreaking from anyone. The album may or may not appeal to you, as does the genre, but it’s your reasoning that convinces me very little. It's a bit like listening to the latest Stevie Wonder and complaining that it sounds very Soul. I liked the first and second; this one less. But I don't think that the Turins, among such a diverse "fauna," are so lacking as to provoke such distressing questions. ;-)

there is a missing "è" before "assimilabile"...

In my opinion, the musical essence of the '80s is a chimera, as I and others are striving to demonstrate by highlighting the extreme variety of music from that decade. The '80s have, in my view, many centers, countless souls. In a sense, Luca is right: The The cannot be assimilated to that type of pop, regardless of the judgment one has about it.

"In the heartland people everywhere/
Try to share their hopes and dreams/
In the heartland on any given day/
You can find your way back home" Very Good!!!

That Would instead of Mould in the tenth line is an eyesore: can't any editor do something about it?

Really good: a revelation from a few years ago.

I quote Ringo, although I prefer "In The City," as I already mentioned in another post.

I think I need to break a lance in favor of good Brian. Despite the impeccable formal perfection, matching only that of his tuxedo, the album has a soul and reveals our friend's good songwriting skills, in addition to those of the performer that were already known.
