I see that you’re in a phase of great productivity. For me, on the other hand, time is really tight: I can barely keep up with reading all your reviews. ;-) P.S. I will take the album, as they say, "with a grain of salt."

"comprehensive," of course.

I really like the album; the review, although passionate and thorough, strikes me as a bit forced in some parts and not very fluid in certain sentences.

I know the MJQ, but not this album. I'll make it right.

I don’t think it’s a surprise when I say that I agree with what Ringo says. It’s a way of criticizing that is unnecessarily offensive and lacking in arguments, often wrong, which will never be mine. I believe that in these parts there is often a lack of healthy irony. One can certainly speak ill of Blur, for sure. But I do not share these reviews used as stones to throw against someone or something.

Music for me has always been "also" and never "just." It is also physicality, rhythm, fun, trance, something that activates a more ancient part of us, linked to a certain rituality, to spiritism, to the totem. I am among those who can never think of music without also thinking of dance, movement. This described by gabbox I believe is the dance music I enjoy the most. I will check.

With Beck, it's hard to settle for half measures. I've always been on the side of those who consider him a true talent, a "minor" genius perhaps, but a genius nonetheless.

I heard the samples and I’m about to go buy it. Of course, those old folks at Villa Arzilla dancing are quite the indecent show. DeProfessore was the worst of them all... no shame at all! Today my joints are aching: must be the change in weather... ;-)

I come back to say that, thanks in part to my friend Little, I decided (the fear of being disappointed was very strong…) and I watched "Before Sunset." A film that does not disappoint at all compared to my cult "Before Sunrise," on the contrary. In some aspects, it is even better than the first. Two "aged" characters that have aged perfectly, magnificently loquacious (what beautiful dialogues!), believable and fairy-tale-like at the same time; perhaps the best people I have encountered in recent years in the world of celluloid. And then her... who has class and luminous beauty, becomes more enchanting with age. At the end of the film, she even shows her singing abilities: there's no need to give a judgment… ;-)

I believe this could be just what I need. The samples have only reinforced the good impression I got from reading your brilliant review.
