I essentially share Charles's judgment. I enjoy listening to him. Of course, if someone expects groundbreaking novelties from an album like this, they should seek help from a good professional.
Robbie Williams I've Been Expecting You

He would definitely deserve a 3.5. In his genre, from his spot, in basketball terms, Robbie Williams knows how to do it. And he has a remarkable voice.

Amidst screaming children, noisy toys, and relatives coming and going, it will be a bit difficult to focus and put together the top 20. I hope to find half an hour to do justice to some titles from the first half of the year. :-)
Some are already a given: Badly Drawn Boy, Keane, Elliott Smith, The Dears, The Arcade Fire, Kings of Convenience, Blue Nile, Phoenix, Kings of Leon, Nicola Conte...so I’m ready!!

The last thing I would want to do is discuss history with someone who clearly knows little about it, and to make matters worse, remains anonymous. I acknowledge, however, that you condemn that immense tragedy of the extermination camps and therefore consider Hitler one of the greatest criminals in history, which is rich with such figures; we can agree on that.

Zion, from what I read, there are quite a few things that connect us, except for the age (you could be my son... or one of my students :-)). I was also born where the bloodless body of Partenope was brought by the waves after her reckless act (my goodness, what a Foscolian circumlocution! :-)). Thank you, anyway, to you and all the others who kindly show appreciation for my reviews.

I like them: they have a sound that is already recognizable, despite being a debut. The band's guitarist, James Lawrence, took his own life at the end of the recording of this work. Perhaps it's because of this, perhaps it's due to the rather funereal cover, or maybe it's their musical language, but this album always darkens my mood a little.

It seems to me that no one, at least as far as I'm concerned, has justified or defended anything. It’s a deeply erroneous and mystifying way of arguing, effectively defending the abominable crimes of Nazism by referring to other monstrosities. Is there anything or anyone that can justify the crematoria without resorting to the criminal, malignant, and delusional antisemitic theories?

I share the positive opinion on "Her Majesty," although I consider it a step below this one. Still, they are both from 2003: a "one-two" knockout.

Psychedelism, of course
