Yes, but if you give me Jim the harmonica, it’s no longer a sufficient counterpart; I should reciprocate with a Hammond organ.

Kurz, your diatonic seems to be the same one used by Martin in Everything Counts. I can't take a screenshot from the DVD and I don't understand why, but it looks like it!

Kurz, not to be picky, but for that you would need the rhodes (or if you prefer, the Rodas!). Want a cool link?

For a short: I saw it, it’s awesome. Also the Wurlitzer though...

Live here is a bit of a strong word; performance, in my opinion, is the correct term. Err Karlhaeinz was managing the master outputs of the room mixer, mixing the audio (pre-recorded in separate tracks) between the speakers in front and behind the audience. His is a true testimony; the very fact that at 78 years old he is still traveling the world to share his timeless music and explain the ideals that drove him to compose it back in those years is worthy of my utmost admiration.

So Zion, let me explain better: Characters like Stockhausen, who laid the foundations, deserve maximum respect; clearly we are talking about avant-garde electronics, less easy than Matmos who I also like, intellectual at least as much as PanSonic are. As Fest rightly said, you don’t listen to Hymen casually, it’s music that requires attention, concentration, and also time to dedicate to it. In fact, the live performance is the optimal situation, in my opinion, to fully enjoy it.

Another curiosity: Err Karlheinz specified while talking to an audience member that some street sounds that entered the hall (the auditorium is located in the old town in the middle of the nightlife in Bari) were not part of the original composition...

Yesterday I discovered some other interesting details: Stockhausen had strictly forbidden the public from entering once the concert had begun. A friend of mine told me this yesterday; he couldn't get into the auditorium because he arrived after the break.

I don't know, Jim... I only have the shower box available, Kurz has taken the billiard table!
