Jim: In front of a plate of horse meat brasciole with orecchiette sauce, I could even start crying: especially if I forget to take the toothpick out in the middle! Mooooooo

Granoro is a thousand times better than Barilla, the durum wheat is the same, but with much less money wasted on marketing it costs half. Onion no, freshly ground black pepper to taste yes.

Mauri: in Altamura I ate lamb's brain accompanied by cow's burrata, bread, and red wine with celery inside, leaving behind half a ton of food preconceptions. Meeting?

The fact that Barilla is the Gospel is bullshit... Instead of Bertinotti, I would kick the advertising girl who wants to feel "inspired" when she grows up. How? Isn't it politically correct to take it out on minors??? Alright, a kick to the ovaries of the mother who "invented" pasta for the little ones then seems appropriate...

Dear Fusillo, I agree with the reviews written by those who want to, but I also believe in the common sense of "those who want to." Since the site has few rules that I did not decide, I don't see why they should change just because Mauri, Caz, or I propose it. When I disagree with something, I speak up hoping that the person concerned can understand.
