I don't think that Rammstein are more popular than Krukki on a global scale. Maybe among a younger audience. But if we think in absolute terms, Kraftwerk (who had their first world tour in '74) are definitely more famous. Bye.

For Zerstorer: The model of Rammstein is quite ugly, and I'm telling you this as someone who really likes Rammstein. The covers with their heads don't always turn out well; Stripped, for example, I like, even though (logically) it sounds very similar to Du Hast.

Hi Fabbiu, aside from the fact that it's spelled Rammstein, I doubt the Düsseldorf natives are second to them in terms of popularity at home. Let's remember that the metal band which has always claimed to be inspired by Kraftwerk even covered them with a terrible version of "das model." I still need to finish reading the review. Kraftwerk is among my all-time favorites.

Prematurely dated? I don’t quite agree; after all, you can see it from the tone of the review. To me, it seems like there are some pretty forward ideas, considering the year it was released and the cross-genre musical style in which it fits. Some sounds may be old, but the way they're recycled is what makes it interesting.
