More than Extreme Noise Terror, I recommend Napalm Death, Nasum, Pig Destroyer (especially the latest one), or the early Carcass, those from "Symphony Of Sickness." Otherwise, you can also go with Locust and Melt Banana and you won't be disappointed ;)

Well Hal, for an average listener of world music and jazz, I’m not sure if this album will work, but you can always give it a try ;) Jordan hey, fly girl of my heart, how’s it going? :D Anyway, if you can’t digest this one, try the earlier works, especially "Tri Repetae," which is much more straightforward and even danceable. That's all.
