Yes, but why do you compare Caparezza to Frankie Hi-NRG? Let's not confuse wool with silk, to avoid using stronger terms ;-) In any case, this is an album that has quite disappointed me, and it doesn't hold up at all against "La Morte Dei Miracoli". Ah, one more note, the Hip-Hop genre doesn’t exist. Saludos.

For me, it's a scattered album, where Caparezza doesn't know which direction to take and tries them all, without arriving at a concrete result. Let’s be clear, I don’t doubt his artistic value (he's an excellent MC) and intelligence, but it seems to me that his interest is more in pleasing the 15-year-old anti-globalization kid moshing along, embracing all the clichés of the genre (rock, nu-metal, folk, electronic "à la Subsonica," indeed) rather than focusing his attention on producing music, and why not, quality rap.

I have "Worst Case Scenario" and "The Ideal Crash," both beautiful. I'm not sure if I'll listen to this one; let's just say I'm more into other sounds these days... Nevertheless, great band and great little Sicilian :-))

I actually adore it, and quite a lot. I love Atari Teenage Riot, I love "The Destroyer," I love "Intelligence And Sacrifice," I love the collaboration with El-P on the first Handsome Boy Modeling School. It's a matter of taste, as we know... The review is well written, though.
