Well, a terrible review just like the usual rhetoric-laden ramblings of our dear anonymous-fascio-frustrated, really a bad page... I've read great reviews about the album, I'll give it a listen, even though I haven't followed the DM since "Ultra."

Dr. John is a genius, even Massive Attack sampled him. As usual, superb Hal, notable mention even though it’s far from my preferences. Do you have "Electric Mud" by Muddy Waters? "Tom Cat" is out of this world! :D Bye

Great album, better than the first one which I can't stand :-)) Anyway, I definitely prefer the Can, "Ege Bamyasi" and "Future Days" are unmatched.

I'm not a big fan of Tupac and the G-Funk sounds of the West Coast (I prefer other styles, still within rap, of course), but I recognize the historical importance that a figure like Tupac has had in contemporary black music. Even though I feel more of a "conceptual admiration" for him than a musical one. Moreover, I disapprove of the exploitation of the character and his endless posthumous publications; I can no longer understand if Ms. Shakur is more interested in making her son's material known or in filling her pockets with the contracts and exclusives signed with the major labels... After all, business can do this and more... The album is clearly a commercial operation aimed at offering a superficial and incomplete understanding of the character, so I don't really grasp its significance. Better to save 20 euros for "Me Against The World" and "All Eyez On Me." In any case, nice review. Saludos :-)

I agree, man, I would say Jessica Rizzo is a milestone of Splatter-Gore on par with Cannibal Corpse and Cardinal Ruini.

"Muscolo Rosso" is an extreme blast, I would describe it as a successful mix between New Order and Pet Shop Boys with an engaging and witty lyrics :D

Beautiful album, but not on par with the first one, which I consider their masterpiece ("Cotton Wool" is megagalactic in all its forms and RMX). Let’s say 4.5, and it still stands as a peak in their discography. Recently, a Greatest Hits collection and an RMX album have been released, which seem to mark the end of their career. It’s a shame because they still remain a group that has given so much to the international electronic scene. Saludos :-)
