I also think I have a rather didactic writing style, but I wouldn’t know how to do otherwise. I would never be able to review an album with an introduction like "Today I got up, the sky was clear, and the dew was shining in the morning light"; it’s just not in my nature. Or maybe it is? :-) In any case, long live precise and detailed reviews!

Very well done Enea, a heartfelt tribute to one of the greatest geniuses of the last century. "China" is an absolute masterpiece on par with the OST of "Blade Runner," especially the remastered version released in '94. Keep it up :-)

I don't like how it's written, that's all. Instead of filling two lines with quotes and question marks, you could have talked about the music, which in my opinion you don't do. Then, if you got offended, I’ll withdraw the 2 and will avoid voting in the future ;-)

A great album, my favorite alongside "Screamadelica" and "Vanishing Point." Notable is the presence of Kevin Shields (former My Bloody Valentine) in "MBV Arkestra," and how the relentless layering of sound strongly recalls Shoegaze ;-) "Pills" is almost rapped because it's co-produced by Dan The Automator. In any case, a truly essential record, for a worthy review.

I listened to some of his work and he really seems like a madman; I definitely prefer him to the usual six-string virtuosos. By the way, he also collaborated with DJ Qbert on "Wave Twisters," a great!
