The Cure Seventeen Seconds
Voto:
A 1 for such a deep and heartfelt review seems really excessive to me.. The album I prefer from the Cure, along with "Disintegration".. Well done Mariaelena :-)
Esthero Wikked Lil' Grrrls

I much prefer "Breath From Another" ;-)
The Chemical Brothers Exit Planet Dust
Voto:
One of the best debuts in the last 16 years.. You could have said a few more words about it ;-)
Sinéad O'Connor The Lion And The Cobra
Voto:
Yes, I've heard about it, and I've read some very contrasting opinions.. Maybe I'll try to listen to it ;-)
U2 The Best Of 1980 - 1990 (2 CD)
Voto:
The U2 won't release another good album anymore, from '92 to today? Can you believe it, and I still consider "Pop" one of their best albums... I must be really stupid...

An artist I intend to explore more deeply, perhaps I’ll start with the album you reviewed excellently.. Saludos :-)
Franz Ferdinand You Could Have It So Much Better With Franz Ferdinand
Voto:
I don't really like it that much... I definitely prefer the first one.
The Strokes Room On Fire
Voto:
Not a bad album, on par with the debut. Too bad about the sad ending of "First Impressions Of Earth," really nothing special.
Killswitch Engage The End Of Heartache
Voto:
Well, I believe they are also influenced by Emocore, in general, but they are absolutely not labelable as an "Emo-Band." They easily transition from Thrash to Death to new generation Metal (I hate the term Nu-Metal, forgive me..), and they have some remarkable sung parts.. Emo-Metalcore, in short :-))
Killswitch Engage The End Of Heartache

Yes, I like them quite a bit, great tight arrangements, and beautiful melodic openings.. Nice wolf! :-)
