Deftones Around The Fur
Voto:
Simply the best album by the Deftones.. ;-)
Silver Apples Silver Apples

Simply extraordinary, even though I prefer the subsequent "Contact".. In any case, their use of Electronics seems completely different from that of the groups you mention: while the Red Crayola utilize it in a predominantly "noisy" and psychedelic way, almost like a period divertissement, the Silver Apples make use of digital instrumentation, adapting it to grooves, rhythms, and a musical "form" that not only anticipated Kraftwerk by quite a bit, but can also be easily traced in the subsequent evolution of the genre.. Absolutely ahead of their time, still very valid today, on par with Can..
Pendulum Hold Your Color

We should definitely explore the topic further, in the realm of reviews.. Panacea, the legendary Bad Company, and all the other artists who are contributing to the renaissance of the genre..
Black Dice Broken Ear Record
Voto:
It was precisely the ambient abstractions of their sound that didn't sit well with me, but with this work, I might change my mind.. Nice review ;-)
My Bloody Valentine Loveless

How beautiful "Come In Alone" is, though! :-)
Pendulum Hold Your Color
Voto:
The Pendulum! They're the ones who remixed "Voodoo People" by the Prodigy, in an Electro-Rock style.. It seems that Drum'n'Bass is experiencing a new moment of glory; I happened to listen to a South African duo, Counterstrike, who mix the classic beats of the genre with Metal sounds, almost Grind.. Really impressive.. :-)
Wendy Carlos Switched-On Bach
Voto:
Now, however, someone should review the OST of "A Clockwork Orange".. ;-)
Wendy Carlos Switched-On Bach

With all due respect to Wendy Carlos, I wonder how "popular" her approach to the subject can be, at least in this work.
Röyksopp The Understanding

What else is there?
My Bloody Valentine Loveless

Ethereal and dreamy, yet also powerful and incisive, at the same time... I didn't really like the review very much...
