Thank you so much for the positive comments... As for the discussion regarding the lack of reviews for certain genres on DeB, perhaps it’s better this way, since an overcrowding could lead to what has already happened with other musical genres: a tide of absolutely useless and uninteresting reviews... Better a few quality submissions than many... I’ve also included some samples to give an idea of the actual content of the album... Enjoy them... Bye!

I went to Arezzo Wave last year.... One of the biggest disappointments of my life: more than a music festival, it felt like a convention of junkies from all over the world, more focused on injecting heroin and swallowing pills than on listening to music... A 17-year-old even overdosed... A complete mess, I've never seen anything so terrible....

You can search for all the albums from the first half of the 70s; that's the hottest period for Fela Kuti and Afro-Funk in general, with various Manu Di Bango, Lafayette Afro-Rock Band, and many more... By '77-78, Disco music had already exploded, and the black music of the first half of the decade was starting to lose its vitality and freshness... Unleash the Mule... ;-)
