I agree with @[Annette]'s assessment. Itā€™s a well-sung and well-played album, featuring some interesting electronic touches and psychedelic interludes, in pure "madchester" style. However, aside from a few exceptions (ā€œOn and On,ā€ ā€œAccelerator,ā€ one of the better tracks), the songs are very similar and flow by without particularly standing out. Iā€™ll add that the ā€œmillennialā€ touch you mention didnā€™t come through for me, and in fact, they seem overly influenced by the bands of that era (Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, and the like). Itā€™s hard to judge after just one listen, but if I had to give a clinical assessment, I'd say 7/10 (three and a half stars). Thatā€™s all 😃

I didn't see him. Anyway, it's incredible to note how Benigni, starting from "La vita è bella," has initiated a dramatic bourgeoisification, culminating in the tedious readings of the Ten Commandments, the Bible, and the Constitution. We want "Daunbailò" and "Johnny Stecchino" back.
