I'm sorry for your Italian teacher, but at the same time I'm glad because she introduced you to the world of good music. However, I must express a criticism: even though I've tried too (with mixed results), I don't like reviews that are all about personal storytelling and discussing past experiences. I understand that an album can evoke emotions and intertwine with one's life, but when I read a review, I want to know what is in the work, not in the life of the writer. That's just my opinion, of course.

Brilliant, wonderful, sublime. I don't know what to say, only the infomercials of Alessandro Orlando can reach higher levels.

Kendrick Lamar To Pimp A Butterfly

I admit it's sad to not see even a single comment on a review of a Kendrick Lamar album, but it is what it is. I listened to "To Pimp a Butterfly" back in the day and found it beautiful. However, be careful with exaggerations and certain hasty definitions: the best album of the last 15 years, a masterpiece of the mainstream, etc... First of all, I'd avoid generalizations; then I would say that I really hear very little "mainstream" in it, with conscious rap and beats that blend jazz, soul, and African American mysticism. It remains an important work to engage with, produced by one of the most acclaimed rap artists of recent times.

The cover inspired by the iconic "Zombi 2" is beautiful!

More than a review, it seems like an article or an essay on the Milanese scene of the Seventies 😃 it's clear that you know a lot and that you really enjoy the subject. I appreciated it.

Well, what more can be added... one of the peaks of electronic music.
Kings Of Convenience Declaration Of Dependence

The decision to move away (partially) from the "catchy" melodies of the previous album is commendable, but it seems to work in the first part, less so in the second. It's still a good effort, but inferior to "Riot on an Empty Street" (strange that a track is titled like that) and the latest "Peace or Love." A nice review, but unnecessarily polemical and with tones that clash a bit with the album's content.
