Of course, "Screamadelica" is from '91 (not the late '80s) and Moby has always seemed to me like a more mellow Nightmares on Wax, but if only there were more pages like this.

Do you really see an improvement? Honestly, I see a deterioration in today's society, a dangerous slide into political correctness that is leading to crude and surreal forms of censorship. Back to the event, definitely a failure, but I remember a stellar live performance by the Chemical Brothers that I would pay a fortune to see today.

I have always appreciated books with an "unreliable narrator" (like those by Nabokov, particularly "Despair") and in general, I don't mind abject, deceitful characters who mess with the reader and then end up victims of their own lies. Unfortunately, at the risk of repeating myself, texts like this remind me of that school I have never loved and from which I have always tried to escape. Anyway, your nice review might encourage me to resume (if not start) the discussion. Muy bien.
