In short, unfortunate like the Melvins themselves, relegated to the opening act for Nirvana (with all due respect to the latter). Interesting; and this is said by a censor on the abuse of the bass drum.

She & Him learning from the Gibbons. Opioidically interesting.

Discovered back then with a newsstand collection (DeAgostini? Fabbri Editore?), I learned to love the roots blues with it and understood how much alchemy there was with the social condition of the African American population. A beautiful read, technical and exhaustive.

Hello Alfa, this is one of those records you dust off out of curiosity only if you enjoyed the first three (still quite distant from them). Among the interesting aspects of a band for me, among other things, is the evolutionary process, how they remain true to their sound, how they withstand market laws, the pressures of labels, and many dynamics that ultimately shape their identity, and the Fairies have been impeccable from this point of view. I’m looking forward to you reading the second part, see you soon Alfa!

The Jam, visibly frightened by a squid on a leash held by Syd, you can't imagine how much I'm excited about this record, actually, yes you can.

When did you realize that the movie, against your wishes, did not meet your expectations? No, wait, don’t tell me… I’ve got it!
