I’m responding here to everyone. @[TheJargonKing] tastes are tastes; if you don’t like something, we don’t care. But judging a book by its cover is wrong: think about it, I also didn’t love progressive rock at first: too slow, show-off, etc... Now among my favorite bands are Genesis, Pink Floyd, and the gang, all thanks to the classic "The Wall" that was gifted to me a long time ago :).
The same goes for rap. After discovering N.W.A and company, I delved deeper and deeper. That’s life :-D
@[Danny The Kid] if I wrote a review about a guy named Salmar who made illuminated hipster music, nobody would care about the review. I’d be writing into the wind :) but does it really cost too much to give even just a little listen? Alright then. @[Battlegods] I know there’s a lot of stuff that’s maybe even better than this; some of those you mentioned I’ve already heard. But:
1- this album isn’t drum and bass, or not entirely
2- who’s to say they’ll end up like Babaman, Inoki, etc... never say never. I didn’t get that kid thing, though...
3- Gemitaiz has really declined a lot.
