No Decline, you're not mistaken. When I sent the first version of this review about a week ago, and it still hadn't been published, I thought the editors were playing another trick on me, like what had happened a while ago with a review they didn't want to publish. So, just to be safe, I rewrote it and sent it a second time. Damn, but they published both?? What are they up to?!

An unjustly underrated album, even by myself, I recently listened to it a couple of times, and I have reached the official conclusion that this is the third best Rush album of the 80s, right after "Permanent Waves" and "Moving Pictures"!
