Beautiful Vonnegut. I read him a lot when I was a kid; with all due proportions, I've always thought of V as the American Calvino (the due proportions because I think Calvino writes more as a writer, V more as a journalist). However, this one you speak of eludes me. But is Kilgore the same one from Slaughterhouse-Five?

But then, what does it mean that you approach the classics indirectly?

Anyway, Del Prete is not playing here (I think he writes the lyrics and plays some little bells). There are actually 3 substitutes. The bassist and pianist from the first album were already gone.

I don't know, it doesn't really excite me. It loses the authenticity of the first and doesn't evolve the technique enough to even remotely compete with the fusion groups you mentioned. If someone wants to do jazz rock, in my opinion, they have to be a better musician than they were. It's a shame because they could have given more; maybe Daniele has taken their ideas further.

Its videos and covers frighten me. I don't know, maybe they remind me of something by Giger that has always creeped me out since I was a kid.

But it's an interesting artist that really intrigues me. So if I had to listen to an entire album, would it ultimately lead me to Arca?

Never followed... his singing in dialect used to make me laugh back in the day, and it automatically places him in the B-list category.

Today, however, I find it really interesting to rediscover the musicality of other languages. Maybe one day I'll give it a listen.

Anyway, the cover looks like that of a power metal album from Nuclear Blast.

I actually like him too.
The review seems ridiculously ungrammatical to me.

Beautiful. I'll listen to this sooner or later... so is there a "change" in style compared to Tempest?
Is it worth it?

My first Faber album was also my first concert with PFM. This one, however, I listened to many years later, and it didn't leave a great impression on me, even though it's not entirely clear why it shouldn't be liked. Probably the chosen songs were not suitable for a PFM-style reinterpretation like the first ones: or at least, they lent themselves less to a thoughtful "upheaval" than the earlier ones.

Of them, I've only listened to the entirety of what they did with the sun o)))
Now I'm going to listen to it again because I remember it being beautiful.
I've seen them live a couple of times... I must say they didn't impress me too much, but I'm not really an expert on their catalog.
The last time I was with a drummer friend who was puzzled by how bad the drummer was live (I don't know, to be honest, he didn't seem that bad to me, but I don't have much of an ear in that sense).

In its genre, this is a masterpiece.

Ahaha you’re great.
Your reviews on these trashy and exotic episodes are awesome.
But how do you manage to be so informed and to make even these proposals interesting? :D
To dive deep into these trashy topics, I’d have to listen to music for 13 hours a day.
