I didn't understand the issue.
The film deals with the hypocrisy of the inclusivity of Blacks or the fact that there's a situation in America where whites experience marginalization due to DEI policies (which seems to be something you're saying you might experience as well in Brazil)?

I will always remember in Pretoria those of us who protested against the government because it favored Blacks over mixed-race whites, and they complained about the reverse racist issue.
My first thought, of course, was: man, what courage.
Then, however, those in the tent explained to me that they were considered mixed-race and thus excluded from certain privileges, but in reality, they were descendants of the indigenous population (who are quite clearly dark-skinned) and so it really pissed them off to be excluded by the Zulus (who, theoretically, arrived there even after the Dutch). And then I said, ah.

On one hand, I can't stand the whiners who have lived as privileged and complain as soon as you take away a nail.
On the other hand, it’s also true that racism is racism.

A cover that I find very beautiful (but it could also be very ugly). From the opening, the album might interest me, but when you start talking about guys banging hammers on guitars and going to record wind turbines on the roof of the T Rex's doghouse in the swamp, I think life is too short to waste on such naive stuff. Then, some things need to be listened to rather than read obviously, since the line between cool and crap is thin, and the true masterpieces are those that are on the edge.

But who is this Quieto? 👀

I don't know if I'll see it but it's hard to beat I'm not there (which also had a really great soundtrack).

Nice review, and maybe I’ll go listen to them (but perhaps I’ll catch them live somewhere first, who knows). Congratulations on continuing to love these sounds and this approach to music... I'm getting bitter and I have to say that the first impression of band name + album title + cover is total rejection XD especially considering that we’re not talking about kids under 20 but I believe they are now hitting 40. But blessed are they, blessed.
