Oh, you know I've never seen Right On dance? Maybe I started going to clubs a few years later, but thinking back, it’s strange.
Instead, you reminded me of "I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE WEEKEND TO BEGIN" by some guy named Michael Gray, which (despite having forgotten) I now distinctly remember as being the highlight of the night during those early years when, much to my chagrin, I was "forced" to hang out in those super trendy places (and I have to say, I actually liked it too).

I like this Milesian moment, but it would have been better if it had stopped after the first 15 minutes. Compared to BB or IAS, or even just the subsequent OTC, it's much more haphazard and inconsistent.

But those first 15 minutes with McLaughlin as Miles's sparring partner were really something special.

Uncle dog, what an ugly cover!
I didn't really like them even back then with the themes of Origin of Symmetry (which was cool anyway, but at that time I was blasting Kid A and Amnesiac, which were ten to zero).
Then they took that tacky pump-synth turn that I gladly keep far away from.

This is nice. 90s sounds blasting and listened to today feels a bit sentimental (same goes for the early Prodigy, 808 State, and similar stuff). But just wait a little longer, and nostalgia will take over, and just like today for 80s synth pop, this stuff will be reevaluated for its vintage sound that you just don’t hear anymore!

Aside from that, it's been a while since I've heard it, but the stuff with Lydon and some trip-hop-like tracks weren't bad. Overall, it had a nice chunky sound and was more pseudo-afro than average.

seen live recently. Beautiful bomb.

I must have already written it... but there are albums that sometimes you just can't get into, and then the right day comes along and you fall in love with them. That's why today is the moment for Donovan: on repeat since yesterday... beautiful.

I can't tell if the opening paragraph is ironic or not.

This record has an awesome cover. When I finally decide to listen to it, I'm sure it will disappoint me.

Oh, I find Cortellesi quite exciting.

Strong close.
So besides rock, is rap dead too?

I like both for what I’ve heard from them, but they also get tiring pretty quickly. I love Kendrick, and up until damn, I like him more.

So does this deserve it? Even classic like the black album?
