As punctual and precise as always... I see you're covering various minor "brontosaurus" albums lately.

Oh, I only have Leftoverture, which I've always loved to bits, but I've never really had the chance to explore further. What do you recommend besides that?

Awesome...this album is a blast, a lot of fun too.

I stumbled upon their video with Morello yesterday! I had no idea they had collaborated.

I don't know what to think... an Italian band that hyped up is actually a unique case, and what Agnelli says is true. The music in their spectacle is completely secondary and, to my ears, quite anonymous.

As for their image, they've done a good job, but obviously, I’m totally out of target.

Always blanka. Two moves (ball and shock) and you always won XD

beautiful this one too even if it's a bit too focused on the "magic of cinema ooooh".
I don't know, I've never felt its charm and I enjoyed the film because it also knows how to talk about other things.
More than anything, about the frenzy and the mad desire to ruin everything to constantly chase extremely strong emotions... and the courage or recklessness to be able to do it.

Then, I don't know, I should rewatch it (which I obviously will never do), to understand if in the end it's a big mess or if there's something good in it.
Compared to Tarantino's film about Hollywood, I liked it less but was "more excited" by it (and this might also suggest that it leans more towards being a mess perhaps)... but come on; leaving the theater I was satisfied so that's good.

Beautiful (lately, in films about films, reviews come out in pairs)?

I went to see it exclusively because the weather was awful and my life is so miserable that I didn't know what else to do XD... but it’s true. The three hours flew by.

It's a visual feast and the soundtrack is a blast (now, in the 20s, I don't think they played that jazz... it sounded anachronistic to me, even though it’s amazing, but if someone knows more and wants to dive deeper).

There are so many things to say after something like this:
- how boring this nostalgic Hollywood is (just this year, two films about how great films are. But I still prefer Tarantino's one though)
- how nice it is to see this nostalgia from a declining Hollywood
- characters that, all things considered, you actually care about.
Even though both he and she end up being pretty sad and superficial people (and they both end badly), I can't help but love them. To throw your heart over the obstacle and live so recklessly in search of emotions takes recklessness but also a bit of courage. In the end, I’m a bit of a Manny, who occasionally has moments of passion but only if he knows that deep down he can make it out.

I was listening to their debut again last night.
I definitely prefer the early albums where Glyn Johns forced them to stick to the West Coast sound.
Their "rruock" sound has never really appealed to me.

I had never left a comment on the number one!
History.
A bomb of a record.

Well. Too little jazz on Debaser.
Of course, reviews like this don’t help to bring people closer to the genre, which probably requires being described "technically" if one wants to make a useful contribution.

Beautiful. I was about to fall for it at Christmas, but I was saved by not having seen the first one. (Well, I mean, I watch the Marvel ones, so I could definitely watch this one too, you know.)
