Sorry... infernal without the apostrophe. The usual rush to write...

Damn my ex, who on a hellish September afternoon years ago, melted four vinyl records (including this one) on the back seat of the 600.

I have a handful of CDs at home and like many, I know him for his most renowned works too: "The Marriage of Figaro," "Don Giovanni," "Requiem," and some various concertos for horn (like K495), piano (K467), the Symphony for orchestra K434, the glorious K525 "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik," or "Jupiter"... His musical trunk is so colossal that knowing everything is difficult. I would give Wolfgang a 5 out of trust, but that would be hypocritical. For the review, certainly yes :)

As pleasant as a nest of horseflies in your underwear...

Anyway, "Elisir," containing "Velasquez," was published in 1976. 1975 was instead the year of "Ipertensione" :)

With that "putting music where Gaber, Dalla, Faber, Jannacci, and so many others can no longer," you tightened my heart. I've been writing songs since I was 15. They have always accompanied me and will forever, among kilos and kilos (perhaps even more than a quintal by now) of LPs and CDs that I drag along, and whatever else, they will have a privileged place. Professor Vecchioni, one of the last highlanders of singer-songwriter music, among the most important (and snubbed) in the world. Except for a few missteps, I have always adored Roberto, the importance of language, of the message, the metaphor, that intimacy of his, that sensitivity mixed with a tough reaction when you’re in the middle of the manure and no one comes to pull you out, that delicate way of narrating the passing time and my recognizing myself in many of his songs, small and big stories of everyone. I haven’t bought the record yet. I will do so soon. What can I say, you’re brilliant. A strong debut; I liked it.

I appreciate you. You listen to crap, you review it, and you’re so much of a philosopher that you don't even respond to the deplorable comments. So since you don't respond, "fuck off."

A fantastic snapshot of teenage mielism in the style of "The Time of the Apples" and a generous description of a product that seems like it shouldn't be bulldozed along with so much commercial and clichéd rubbish. Of course... I never trusted them. Satellite groups that tried to imitate the Pooh, following their lead, have always seemed inferior to me, including Cugini, Homo Sapiens, and others. The Pooh, for what they offered in those years, thinking of "Parsifal," "A Bit of Our Best Time," and "Poohlover," were three albums of the highest caliber, overshadowing everything else (staying within the pop realm, enriched with sprinkles of rock and symphonic prog). However, as soon as I get the chance, I will try to listen to something from this album.
