Everything Finardi had to give, he did in the previous decade. I'm not a fan of the '80s and what they generated. Too much electronics, cold and syncopated sounds. For several singer-songwriters, it was a terrible decade; they tried to keep up with the times, and only those who broke free from the schematics were rewarded. The best piece on the album is the one sung in English, "Kind of woman." A few are decent like "Liberi veramente" and "Arianna." I'll give it a 3, but I'm being generous.

You are partly right, Simo. The piece is now a legend and it's beautiful in its simplicity. The '70s are a whole different story; in my opinion, the comparison is almost impossible.

I don't vote for the review out of decency. 2 for the album for the legendary Ford Taunus on which Blasco rests his butt.

Tough life for old singer-songwriters on this site... Even reviewing a work for the first time (albeit an old one, but still for the first time), we’re down to 4 cats... Actually, for now just 2.
