After 2 years, the element of surprise has somewhat faded... but we should listen to the new album released last week. Who knows what it will be like.

Amilcare (or Adriano), I’m telling you this without falling into the trivial, as you say. This is a review website, not a blog. You can open a blog yourself; if you come here, you need to REVIEW SOMETHING that already exists and that you have listened to/watched/saw.

I wanted to get it for a while, and after reading this review, I picked up the phone and ordered it. Let's hope it's also good musically. Regarding the review, I think focusing on your own pain isn't always a bad thing. But we're never truly alone, even if we end up feeling that way (and what does that mean???)

I bought it at the end of December. It's a nice record, but nothing out of the ordinary. At times, I might have even given it 4 stars. And anyway, I only know this solo work of his. Every now and then, it brushes against plagiarism with the main group.

the record is good, but you are PPPPAAAAZZZOOO!
in a good way, of course :)
tomorrow I'll scrounge up two hours and read it all

Let’s say I’ll note them down for when the full length comes out. Great discovery.

anger and resignation come to me as I read these "reviews." Want to promote a friend or acquaintance? Fine, but at least let it be a proper review. A bit of history about this guy? His experiences or background? There's very little understanding of the music included...
Voto:
it seems more like a press release than a review. that’s enough for me to ignore the album for all eternity. I’m not opposed to promotional/self-promotional attempts, but if these four hasty lines are written, it makes me think that you don’t even believe in this artist that much.

I don't know the album, if it happens... but what you wrote about the duration is very thought-provoking. However, an album by the Stooges would have been considered an EP in the '90s :)
But I also tend to avoid albums that are too long. It's not a matter of the internet; I just can't handle more than 2 hours of music all at once anymore after decades.
