There is a mystery surrounding the new Coldplay 2015. It will certainly be a studio project. Certainly, the promotional hype will update fans. However, what is interesting here is a curious fact that has sprung up around the band.
The fact arises from an enigmatic poster that the most passionate fans had noticed in the London Underground. This poster was characterized by a multicolored logo and a date imprinted: December 4. To interpret the whole thing as a sort of hidden message to announce the next album of the four Englishmen was a short step. There were two indices to consider the poster in question as a presumed signal for the potential and forthcoming release of the Coldplay record. The first was the logo’s correspondence, which was essentially the same as the one present on the t-shirt worn by Chris Martin on stage at the Global Citizen Festival. The second index was the introduction of an unreleased track titled "Amazing Day" during the aforementioned performance at the Global Citizen Festival.
Anyway, according to the latest news, the new CD is expected to be called "A Head Full Of Dreams" and, as per the date imprinted on the 'famous' London Underground poster, it should be released on December 4, 2015. "A Head Full Of Dreams", would be the sequel to "Ghost Stories". The latter was the sixth studio album that Coldplay produced and released last year - precisely on May 19, 2014, under the Parlophone label - and launched with the lead single, "Magic".
Until not long ago, the group led by Chris Martin, had not clearly notified regarding the new CD. Going deeper, and perhaps creating a certain aura of mystery about the next "A Head Full Of Dreams" were the Coldplay themselves. In retrospect, it's noteworthy that, after the release of their last album, "Ghost Stories," on the BBC, the musicians of the English band announced they were already working on their seventh album - that is "A Head Full Of Dreams" - to close a chapter in their career. More specifically, Chris stated that with the seventh album, Coldplay would conclude an artistic journey like if it were: "the last book of the Harry Potter series." This suggested that perhaps the future style of one of the world's most beloved bands might, after the release of "A Head Full Of Dreams", evolve in different directions. Certainly, judging the album based on these latest interpretations, one might add that perhaps more than "A Head Full Of Dreams", the (unfortunately already used) title "Ghost Stories" would be more fitting; ghost stories and mysteries, as we know, always go hand in hand.
It is worth adding here – reported from the network – that the Coldplay, during the Friday of terror in Paris, at their concert in Los Angeles and out of respect for the victims, reduced the planned setlist and, after a long moment of silence, sang Lennon's "Imagine".

"A Head Full of Dreams is undoubtedly the most pop album by the most contemporary and multifaceted band currently in circulation."
"It's only Pop but if we don’t have singer-songwriter pretensions to save the world, then it can also be pleasant and fun to occasionally let oneself be contagiously affected by this dreamy and well-packaged flow of sound optimism."

"Coldplay shows they can do pop far more decently than many of their peers, and they deserve respect for this."
"The album is quite varied, oscillating between funk, ballads, and songs that wink at r'n'b, with brilliant and bubbly guitar throughout."
