Damn, the piece you linked is really cool. The guns? A bit. But also gesùemariaincatene trying to sound like a band from in the red. Awesome.

Fedezanno will be somewhere overwhelmed by his own diarrhea... that damn shitter. Lou Reed when and where? For me, anyway, summer is a bit of a disaster... we'll see. Just let me know.

I Cani Il Sorprendente Album d'Esordio De I Cani

In North Rome, I work in a situation that brings me into contact with quite a few "pariolini" and bourgeois guys living in Cassia (for those not from Rome, we're talking about high-bourgeois and very "in" areas). So I'm quite curious to listen to the album, which has been heavily hyped across all media outlets (websites, radio, and music magazines). Usually, in cases like this, I would probably avoid it (I'm a pretentious snob). But for the reasons I mentioned, I will give it a listen. The review is well-written and gets the idea across; well done, Frankie.

oh brothers of the garage, I am overflowing with joy! The Lime Spiders? pure dynamite...always on point, Pinhead. @PSYCHO: Shapes Have Fangs: the vinyl is coming to me directly from the states; I've listened to a few tracks and I think they are the "next big thing" in today's garage scene. By the way, it's a wonderfully happy time: the new Oh Sees, Ty Segall (phenomenal), Black Lips are on the way. Shopping recommendations: Dead Ghosts, and the 7" from Snake Flower 2 and Indian Wars/Primitive Hands (split released on goodbye boozy). STAY GAZ!

I’ve been listening to it these days...I don't know...a lot of gesùemariaincatene, a few very catchy turns, but it has a certain je ne sais quoi, a certain charm...I don’t know...

So let’s end it here, me with my vinyls-cassette-CDs, you with your downloads-CDs... me with my ideas, you with yours. It had been a while since I last visited the site: it was a nice return. Thanks to everyone, both the good and the bad. The gebbone says goodbye, pays tribute to the opponent, and gets the hell out. Au Revoir.

By "diminishes the listening experience," I mean everything, absolutely everything, that relates to the relationship between record and enthusiast: from the ritual of purchasing, to touching the object, and blah blah blah. Not just the technical "listening."
