Hell yes, the "Youthanasia" tour, it’s true… sorry, but my memory sometimes goes to hell. I had just turned twenty, anyway. But aside from Mustaine being pissed off and the reactions from the front rows, I remember that throwing bottles was a trend followed regardless. I recall the same treatment for the Pistols' reunion, the "Filthy Lucre Tour"... and the Pistols weren’t playing badly, quite the opposite... I was in the middle of a wild pogo, I had never had so much fun, and at a certain point BUM! it was all over. Damn metalheads!! :)

Palalottomatica, Rome, many years ago... the "Rust in Peace" tour. Megadeth come on stage, play for 40 minutes, and the plastic bottle throwing begins (very popular back then)... Mustaine, upset, walks off. I had paid 40-50,000 lire for the ticket, a fortune at the time... screw you, Mustaine!

1987: geb, then twelve years old, discovers music thanks to his older brother medallozzo. The music in question is "Keeper...pt 2" by the pumpkins above. Instant infatuation. I haven't heard anything from them since, struck by that one record. Recently I downloaded it, since I had the original cassette, can you believe it? Of course, now I’ve moved on, but the pumpkins will always be in my corazon. Please, save us, please save uuusssss...

I've read almost everything by McCarthy, except for this book (I'm waiting for the paperback edition). In my opinion, he's the greatest contemporary fiction writer. The film is beautiful, yes, agonizing, harsh, with excellent cinematography. Desperate, but not without hope (see the ending). The scene that explains everything, in my opinion, is when the child yells at his father (who left the thief naked) that it's he, the child, who has to worry about the fate of people (including the naked thief); a prophet of hope? I conclude: excellent review, just one note: there is no silence, but a constant sound in the background that I believe is the muffled cry of pain from a trembling Earth. Did you not perceive it?

This will only interest me when I can appreciate it in some healthy gang bang. Or bang gang? Anyway, you got it, those many against one.

fiq, Kamchatka and Poland do not share a border! Maybe you can attach them like that with that crap called futurisiko, using planes...but we don’t like futurisiko, do we? We are traditionalists, after all ;)

How revisionist you are! :) But the proposal really attracts me, if I have time I'll listen to it.
