Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats Blood Lust

beautiful album of Ossianic rock...but maybe I prefer Capricorn by Orchid, also a great doom rock hit early Sabbath style, as those cool guys say.

Anyway, I also recommend checking out the lineup of groups from White Zoo Records: Silver Cocks, Transex (7" bomb!) and Steaknives. Not bad at all.

"to desperately search for Close Up"... really desperately, given that the LP is almost untraceable: I found a copy on Discogs, but the guy wants like €25. Well, screw that. Instead, I know the new band of Vargiu, the very valid Dissuaders: if you haven't listened to them, do it, they're seriously killing it: together with Giuda (a band formed by former Taxi, their album is amazing) they confirm Rome as the capital of the most crude, glam, and thumping punk. I've said my piece, augh. A fixed 5 for Pinhead. Just like Gnagnera...

competent, dry, perfect. The serial killer on the payroll of the prog :)
Cave Neverendless

I agree, the album maintains excellent listenability, despite being entirely instrumental and consisting of 5 tracks for 40 minutes of music. Nothing new under the sun, but Hawkwind would surely be proud of these disciples.

they will definitely be filthy garagers (after all, in the red is synonymous with guarantee) but surfing has always kind of sucked for me.

No Need For Speed, the new release from Sick Rose, is a fantastic album. Crystal-clear power pop, touched by the hand of God. An absolute must-have. Not to promote myself, but I reviewed it here:

after all it was you piece of the year.

You’re great. After all, you’re from GAZ. Love And Curses by RS moves me every time I listen to it. Cartwright is pure genius... I don’t know this one, thanks for the tip. I haven’t listened to the latest Jack Oblivian, let’s hope for the best! Do you like Cheap Time? I think they are the perfect synthesis of filthy garage and full-throttle powerpop. You should review them... for all the filthy garage fans: the latest Sick Rose has come out... it’s a BOMB. You need to listen to it.
