Jason Lytle Yours Truly, The Commuter
Voto:
Grandaddy, a modest band from Modesto.
Mr. Lytle, more of a sorcerer than a genius.

I also prefer Electric Ladyland, the best cover (the original one, with the chicks) of Jimi. This one is crap (mine is different) - but whether I'm being flashy or not (and what is an axeman supposed to do?) 5 stars regardless.

Well done Mr. Geb and Monsieur Gasta, the I love etc.. are a nice group, I can also sense some of that Borland sound which fate struck even harder (if possible) than with Ian. A valuable mention, the record is from 2006, nothing new coming?

Things are changing... I think I read, perhaps in Blow Up, that the late Virgilio Savona from the Cetra, who recently passed away, composed ambient music echoing Plight & Premonition... and the hardcore of Linea 77 with Tiziano Ferro...

Yet Meshuggah are knowledgeable musicians and polyrhythmic - although when it comes to dizzying tempo changes, nobody beats the Bad Brains from their glory days...Sir Bisius, I'm working on the Yak, they're described as jazz metalcore, I don't think grandpa Miles would like them.

For fans of the DE-gender "they sound nowadays like the White Lies who sound like the Interpol who sound like the Editors" here are Havana Gun, Division Day, Uncut (Canada).

"deforms Black Sabbath to the point of rendering them Weather Report conversing with Miles Davis." Are you sure Davis has anything to do with it (the one who would NEVER converse with the WR "predators" of HIS musicians)? I trust you, good Bisius, even though it seems to me there’s some grindcore (I only know Carcass) in a Zornian sauce (listened to under various guises), and once before they stole from me by defining "Frances the Mute" as the "Bitches Brew" of Mars Volta. Just so you know, I know where to find you (:

Palmiero, go catch a rat! However, your review on Po(e) is among my favorites.
I look forward to your next one.

Mr. Manlio Palmieri, nothing against gays, but I am not gay.
