Anyway, I don't remember where, but I read about Steve Vai redoing some of Santana's tracks. Does anyone know what they are? Now, let me preface this by saying that I can't stand Steve Vai as a person and as a musician, but I would be curious to hear how his flashy style of a thousand notes per second blends with Santana's few notes.
