Alright, I confess: I corrupted the editors (???) with the promise for the upcoming Christmas holidays of a nice big basket (one for each!!!) overflowing with sausages, bottles of wine, and various traditional sweets from Salento (including the famous "cartiddhrate" and the infamous "porceddhruzzi," or "maialozzi," sweet fried dough dipped in honey. However, I'll post the recipe in the next review of the Drim Fiatar). Plus, personalized papier-mâché statues for the nativity scene based on the personal profiles (you should see the statue of Kosmogabri). But the problem is another. If I don't do it, not only will I lose the DeRango, but Sfasciacarrozze will send the Mafia to my house, to my little room, while I sleep.............................
