Well, I think the rights were acquired properly, so they could do whatever they wanted with that footage. I like how they used it (and the choice of the director-editor to place the group’s images that way). Of course, it would be nice to know, if it were confirmed, who the creator of the stop motion part is, but I believe it’s pretty difficult to figure that out right now. Bye.

Thank you to everyone who attended. Regarding the plagiarism issue from KC, I thought the matter had been settled a long time ago; anyway, GUSTAVOTANZ explained everything in comment 6. I won't start a discussion here about the boundary between "plagiarism" and "citation" because it would be too long and quite useless... Regarding the issue raised by PURPULAN, I must say that I don't know what to say since there are no sources reporting the news. What comes to mind, however, is the fact that if the rights to the footage have been acquired properly (as I think they were, if this is confirmed), the problem is quite secondary, especially because in cases like these, it is right to judge the final result, which I think is excellent. Hi everyone.

What do you want from me? There isn't a reason for everything in this life: let's just be content. Ps: Schröder is Norwegian anyway...

I would be tempted to give you a 1 because you "stole" one of the "42" videos from the project! Of course, I'm joking (about the rating, not about the fact that you wanted to review it) ;-)
The video is beautiful (the idea you emphasize of using images that hardly match the piece perfectly captures, at least as I see it, what the band has been, at least until "Surrender"). The piece "cheloddicoafà"? The review says everything that needed to be said without getting lost, and that's a good and right thing. Ps: Jonze is a damn genius.

So, as promised, I'm here. I thank everyone who came: it seems to me that the only thing left hanging that doesn't "touch upon" matters of taste (and in the end, there’s not much to say other than I can "understand" that Andersson's voice might not appeal to everyone or that the video could leave some indifferent because it's always a matter of what one is looking for: sure, I could launch into personal "official defenses," with a bit of "technicality" however, but in the end, it's fine that way because that's how things should go;-) ) is the question from dear APPESTATO MANTRICO to which the equally dear ;-), UHUHPANICOUHUH has already answered, and that is they fall into the category of "films." Thanks again to everyone! Ps: @GIUSTIZIERE I can understand "hyperbolic" and "floating," but I assure you that "refined" is not the case: it’s all in "direct capturing" ;-), I thank you for the judgment. Bye.

I'm in a hurry and the friends from the past will forgive me if I respond (to any of their questions I'll try to answer in a couple of days when life gives me a bit of time) only to the Avenger: Mon ami, in my opinion you're seriously mistaken about Royksopp, but it's a matter of taste. I've seen the video you mentioned but I prefer the one I reviewed, and as for the voting, feel free to lower my average as much as you want (although some reasoning behind the critiques every now and then would be appreciated): no problem. Bye!

I heard that thing too, Carlo, but I’ve never been able to find any official confirmation. Neither online nor anywhere else. @Contemplazione: I’ll look for it, thanks. Thanks also to Dark Schneider for stopping by.
