Vasco Rossi ...Ma cosa vuoi che sia una canzone...

"And on we go through the fog and madness
with democracy in our pockets
and let the honest remain for the poor
to the advantage of those who don't have it
who can still buy it anyway."
Whoever writes this stuff is great, there's no denying it. That he may have sold out and become an idiot, I totally agree, but the first Vasco gave us masterpieces.

A friend lent me this record, and I wasn't that impressed. But, since I had the same experience with Maiden Voyage, which I later re-listened to months later and worshipped as a masterpiece and still do, I don't feel like voting. I definitely need to borrow it again =)
Even though records like this really should be bought. Yes, I'll do it sooner or later.

@mr.money so I’ll take the opportunity to ask you which album I should buy by the Peppers! I obviously have Blood Sugar, and I know many other songs from various periods, but not full albums. What do you recommend? Especially from the early period...
I also only know a few tracks from this album, and it doesn’t really blow me away... it’s a bit too strange for the Red Hot, maybe? That kind of stuff takes time to understand.

On "stuck in the middle," it seems like Dylan is singing.

beautiful until the track by track, which you could have avoided, or developed in a better way.

well, it's not exactly what I'm looking for right now
Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck The Tourist

well-made review that I partially agree with. the film isn't entirely throwaway; it does create a bit of tension, though it's certainly nothing transcendental. it's true that the somewhat stereotypical appearances of the Italian actors should be avoided, including the outrageous cameo by Bova, which is absolutely and evidently pointless. ultimately, I wasn't expecting anything different from this film; it leaves you feeling a bit down at the end, but it's not exactly terrible.
Mark Forster Monster's Ball

You described it well, although maybe you revealed a bit too much. The film isn’t a masterpiece, but it’s really well made and every scene has its meaning, which is no small feat.
