the "nettle" sonata ahah :) what can I say, once I used to listen to them, a few listens not more to understand that they're not for me... will they realize that even Music isn't for them!? to posterity the difficult judgment...

I recently discovered this genius weirdo thanks to DeBaser (a divine entity that knows and can do everything)!! And this work deserves attention even though it's not easy listening, you know...
Riccardo Maffoni Storie Di Chi Vince A Metà

"In 'Man on the Run,' a man escapes from his life because he has too many problems; without a doubt, this track is among the best on the album." ... that said, I haven’t listened to the album and never will, and considering that the reviewer is a fake-idiot from what I've gathered, you can't just dismiss this song with such a trivial and empty statement. "Man on the Run" is dedicated by Maffoni to Marco Pantani, and it has indeed been chosen by the Marco Pantani Foundation Onlus to represent all official events related to Pantani... now, the song and the artist in question may not deserve much, but the reference and tribute to the Pirate seemed at least sincere to me... Best regards :)

"you know that the world never accepts you for who you are" oh yes true true true... and then "there are no more half seasons" and "he who doesn't risk doesn't gain" and "the cat goes to the lard so much that it leaves its paw print"...
Paolo Benvegnù Le Labbra

perhaps slightly inferior to the previous one, still of great class, of course!!

"The Vertical Sea" and "Circles in the Water" are two small pearls of absolute beauty...

A long time ago, a gentleman (Johnny Sax) wanted to invent a shiny instrument. The saxophone. After all, what is the saxophone? The saxophone is simply a collection of holes, skin, and vibrations. Then one may wonder: what difference is there between man and the saxophone? None. And between Emmental and the saxophone? One, the vibrations. If my father had played the Paraguayan harp, maybe I would be playing that now, but alone. Do you happen to know a band with a Paraguayan harpist? However, I liked the Beatles, where the sax wasn't present, so I started playing the guitar, which, by the way, was also more satisfying when you played it out and inevitably someone joined in playing the bongos, almost always out of time. I surely would have played much straighter, only how the heck was I supposed to play them together with the guitar? Then I liked Jethro Tull, the ones who did Fi Fi Fiii, Fi Fi Fiii, Fi Fi Fiii, Fi Fi Fiii, so I bought a transverse flute, only it was too straight. So I bought a trumpet, only it had too many curves and too few keys. Then I got engaged so I had everything. It was straight, but not too much, it had skin, curves, holes, it vibrated, but it didn’t play. I left her and bought my saxophone. The curvature that suited me best at that moment. Then we’ll see.

Great review! I wrote one too, always about this album, if you want to take a look at it ;) Of course, mine pales in comparison to yours :( You're right when you say that "Indigo" is the most captivating track, and I would add that it's perhaps the best one on the album...
