I personally don't quite understand the pejorative connotation of the term "commercial". I mean, not always, at least. If I were a producer, I'd market the worst cacophony rather than the various Rihannas and their singing companions - a cappella [...] I remember a funny guy who, among the definitions of the Green Gay, wrote something that remains inexplicable in words even today, as well as a mystery that our brilliant friend Roberto Giacobbo has not yet been able to provide a logical or at least plausible explanation for: "If only they weren't commercial..." I mean, who knows, if they hadn't been commercial, they wouldn't have been the Green Gay; maybe they would have been, I don't know, the Husker Du... But the truth is that the Green Gay were liked, but he was embarrassed by it.

Let's be clear, I love the Beatles, but they've never pulled a "Pet Sounds" out of their hat. It's the absolute purest pop. You should just stop making comparisons that don't hold up.
