Jeff Buckley Grace Around the World

I disagree, Supersoul. I find it rather pointless to link the performance of the MC5 as they masterfully execute their most famous track. Of course, Buckley’s version might not be to everyone's taste and could stand out as an oddity in his repertoire, but if it isn’t an engaging performance/interpretation of the song, then I must be deaf. It seems quite clear, given the fame of Kick Out the Jams (the album), that the comparison with Buckley’s rendition wouldn’t hold up, but the latter still seems noteworthy to me.

Anyway, I reply to you, Voodoomiglia: it’s the continuous mythologizing, due also to redundant releases like this one, that makes the artist unlikable, not the quality of the recordings. Ah Geenoo, I couldn’t care less about the signature and I do what I need to do. If the review wasn't understood or you thought it was meant to be funny, I don’t care much. I thank Iside for the compliments!

You lack objectivity. Regardless of the images, perhaps you didn't notice that there is also a text underneath, short but present. What else was there to say with yet another shocking posthumous release? I believe I’ve said it all. Furthermore, I’m linking the cover of an album in the same style as this one, but better executed, a performance with real impact that could have been on this "better executed" album and not on this one. Come on. Anyone who has followed Buckley at all knows what I’m talking about. Those who haven’t, well, in my opinion, it's perfectly understandable that this is not a recommended album. Hey, comment 3, try asking comment 10! ;)

Grandiose. Just these days I promised myself to listen to their album that you like the least, especially because it contains that Johnny Thunders that struck me so much. At this point, I will listen to it using your excellent brochure, straightforward and incisive like few others. Great job!

You overlook that I never spoke about drug abuse. But not only that, because with the discussion I had, medications really have nothing to do with it. You should read the last 60 comments to get a clearer picture; explaining everything from the beginning would really take too long.

nanana nanana nanana purple azz! You're right, it's there, but it doesn’t change much. I give an artistic opinion to music and a character. The rest concerns the human aspect that transcends the artistic one. Of course, if you start singing about your abuses on minors, you become an unqualifiable piece of shit, but that's not the case here.

Absolutely Fiquata. It doesn't matter much that someone might disdain Jackson for no reason. The point is that artistic judgment (in this case on Jackson) shouldn't be influenced solely by his being a pseudo(?)-pedophile, as that has nothing to do with the artistic aspect. This would probably make him a piece of shit, but that's another discussion. Kosmo, I've read everything, I swear, but the mafia was mentioned as the main manager of drug trafficking and the drug discourse was connected to Hendrix, not Jackson.

Bizarre the interpretation/soup of Kosmogabri! "He was an employee but didn't fuel the mafia" ahahah
