I was just saying that I found this work below his average (and especially beneath his peerless "Berlin," "New York," and "Transformer") and that, as a result, from that 1976, I prefer Joel's "Turnstiles," which, while not exactly a canonical rock album like this one, remains an excellent work by a great pop songwriter. Yuck, the desert island records you're referring to are those of Ricciolina, not those of Cimmino, who only mentions the reviewed ones among his. Great DeCaso anyway. I made myself laugh with the dialogue and the beginning. Then you mention the immortal Felloni, of whom I will soon tattoo the entire text of "Intrattenimento" on my back. As for the record, well, it doesn't seem that great to me. If I have to listen to a Reed like this, I'd rather go for Joel's "Turnstiles," also from 1976. If we bring "Berlin" into the mix, then there's just no competition. And what about Chiara? May she lose a tooth unexpectedly at that exhibition.
