At the time, I didn't mind the first two albums.

Indeed, kind of ugly. "The Sun Is Often Out" by the Longpigs is a great Brit album.

Stuff for high-class fascists and low-grade pseudo-metalheads.

In reality, I think the labeling of "emo" is crap. It's true that there's no need to be afraid when talking about emo from the mid-nineties (and earlier), but this is just a rock record whose singing/shouting harkens back to the time when this movement was born (the eighties).

Thank you, Core, for the compliments and reports of anomalies. In fact, this was sent after the one about Rainer Maria, which is positioned higher in HP. These editors are playing tricks on me. I will take my revenge through indirect means. Aerdna, thank you too. Blech Tàmburin, there are too many things that have changed my life, and yes, the two links really have nothing to do with each other, but that's how it is if you think so. Geb, I don't remember any specific past events in our history either; in fact, I don't recall ever having spoken to you before now. I'm glad you'll listen to the album, so if you do, you are also forgiven. Maryg, yes, great record, big band, but I’m not sure they can really be compared to MBV, and therefore I don’t see the superiority in either the first or the second band. Carlo, even next to Rivoli? That seems really too much to me. And you know well that very often our tastes are in agreement, but alas, I'm not up to creating duplicates on Mats, Radiohead, or the old Uncle Lou.

Truly the coolest nickname ever. It shows how the best things, sometimes unbeknownst to us, are often right at our fingertips, under our noses. Or under our butts, basically. Signed, a coprophage. Whatever.

I missed it. As usual, an excellent review from a skilled reviewer. Fluid and enjoyable, even in the football parentheses. I haven't seen the film yet, at least not for now, but I plan to watch it sooner or later, as you’ve been quite convincing. From how you describe the part about the journey, it reminds me of Supertramp's stops on the way to Alaska, but most likely it has nothing to do with it.

And the movie with Cusack, Black, and Bonet, have you seen it? I didn't know this existed anyway; I was stuck at "Bodysong." Double five anyway, for Greenwood and for the recommendation.

Yes, yes, of course, Pannzzoone.
