It must be a truly great book. I'll get my hands on it. Perhaps it will make those who see De André as a pedestal deity, holding the role of the country's critical conscience, turn up their noses. And it's right that it does... but I had the pleasure of attending one of his last concerts and shaking hands with him and his son (a brilliant musician), and I’m glad that someone remembers that his albums were born from the stories of beautiful friendships he blossomed with people who were really different from each other in temperament and understanding.

The simplicity and emotion with which you recount the cassette collector and "goodnight song" makes the review of the highest quality. You have made me want to listen to them. In some shops, there are also CD collectors... which work more or less the same way. It's nice to think of music inside "noisy" wrappers.

Can I say my piece? How beautiful is Tori Amos? The years go by and she only gets more beautiful! What a woman...
As for the interesting reviews, she has gone through different creative phases but she has always stood out both as a musician (live) as rightly noted and as an author (fantastic). For me, she always has an extra gear but doesn’t necessarily try to amaze the listener; she is a chameleon-like woman. Excuse me: what a woman... forget "vallettopoli"... give me another life and I will marry Tori Amos.

It's quite difficult to express concepts in words when what you actually want to describe are emotions. "mystical symbiosis," "playing with human emotions" seem more like labels than reflections. There's a constant use of the word "riff." Anyway, maybe it's that what I heard from Envy pleased me less than the review.

Live, this “whatever it’s called” is an incredible thing. It’s worth listening to, it makes you dream. It definitely escapes definitions while clearly loving the American tradition, from what I can see. Good review, beautiful music.
