Thank you for the clarifying comments (so I was right ;)). Anyway, I believe that in this case the clarification needed to be made.

The review really amused me. I know Iron by the backdoor because while I was busy listening to Minghi, Mango, and Mietta back then ('87-'88 or so)... in the other room my brother was blasting Iron, Dio, Helloween, Napalm, ACDC + Doors and Pink Floyd. At full volume, he always won. Over time, I made up for it... but there was that piece I adored, and it went something like INVAEIDEEEEEERS... tudu-du... 4 to make me forgive myself for not understanding...

"Let's remember that we are still facing an album that, no matter how well it may be done, is always pop, and pop is immediately appealing, but after a while it gets old" -> and where does this nonsense come from? Anyway: good record, I would say, that year I was going around with 3 tapes: this one, Counting Crows, and Live (Throwing Copper).

Every tour they have the biggest stage: first a skyscraper, then a ship, then an oil platform, then a spaceship. The only thing missing is a planet from the solar system. If they go there to play a concert, I’ll watch it from home with a telescope. Mute, of course. I’d make them perform on my 150 sq ft loft. Those show-offs.

you are so small. you haven't understood the meaning of this album. already in the title (full of symbolism a bit à la Tori Amos) the dari make it clear where their art comes from: "in the head" indeed. because in the previous album, their debut work (one can forgive some naivety at the beginning) the music came from another part of the body. but we already knew this, and so did they.
