I also listened to the latest...beautiful...now that I think about it, the emphasis and passion in the piano remind me a lot of my dear Merchant...listen to something on youtube (like: my skin) and let me know.

that's exactly it Yosif! I have a strange, undefined relationship with electronics... I've loved Björk and all the Bristol sound from the very beginning... I really liked "Bloodsport" by Sneaker Pimps... the Pet Shop Boys are a default, obviously... I also liked Dubstar... a veneration for synthpop (EraSure-Yazoo) and the electro turn of EBTG... I didn't mind Goldie either... but this album doesn't say anything to me at all... I was disappointed too... there was one beautiful track but the rest was nothing... they talked about it very well...

But did you understand what I wrote? (the story about respect and blah blah blah..?) My intervention doesn’t seem unusual to me, nor, it seems, could it undermine my "reasonableness" (and thank you). In any case, still reasonably, I side with Stoney and his very human aplomb, and I’m opting out.

I'm sorry, but here 2do me we are not really there! @STONEY: you say it loud and clear "the genre sucks" and rightly don't vote. But @YOSIF: from what you review (1 review a day sijori!) it doesn’t seem to me that you can afford to trash the CD with a plate. People who love metal (in all its damned, in a good way, facets) I don't think listen to it just to look for a bit of noise. I think it’s very disrespectful to suggest this, even towards Mourning, who at 16 can be very proud to listen to whatever he desires and who almost certainly has more knowledge about it than you. And anyway, in point 8 "the noisy things have their charm," I feel like saying: "but not really," I mean: does that seem like a good assumption? I personally DO NOT UNDERSTAND noisy things because I have neither the background nor the inclination for them. But this is my flaw and it should be the same from your side too. Also, I ask: do you play? Are you sure there's nothing studied or academically structured in this kind of music? I don't know in this case (because you can hear little from the space) but it is well-known that metalheads are usually very technically prepared, much more than your Butch Vig or the hip-hop/R&B hacks. On this splendid site, there's a very clear way to show respect for music (all in general): to express oneself and NOT vote if you don’t have the credentials to speak. All this writing just reveals my envy because these guys (with this "noise") play a lot more than I do around! Hehe.. VOTE for the review: 3 because it's as short as the songs on theme. Bye!
