Oh really? So I should start with this? I've always thought of him as quite a lame guy, but The Ghost of Tom Joad intrigued me... so should I start with this?

In my opinion, there is an abyss between these and the Baustelle. First of all, the Baustelle's production and arrangements are light-years away from AF (does anyone still pay attention to the sounds??). After almost a month of listening, I can say that the only possible comparison is "wow" by Verdena. I mean in terms of attitude, that is, Verdena managed to reach people (or rather: expand the "target audience") with popular pop songs without being overtly italo-pop (choruses with big openings, reassuring harmonic structures). In simple terms, an album like this in England could rank high in the charts and be considered pop. In Italy, however, it will take a bit longer because of Giggi D'Alessio, Laura Pausini, Sanremo, and Sarabanda.

I have seen certain French "films" that I still remember how heavy they were ("Le Moustache"; "the father of my children"). Now, because of "the Intouchables," we risk being invaded by hordes of French comedies... I'm really scared. It must be said that the French Ministry of Culture supports cinema while we do not...

Anyway, you messed up all the dates: this one is from 1990, Cross of Changes is from '93 and contains "return to innocenCe."

It's a 4.5 leaning towards 5. Because it's a unique album, with a lot of character. Sure, it's a bit aged, but it has a solid place in musical history. P.S. The second album isn't bad at all. More "played," but with great tracks like "i love u..i'll kill u."

Ok. Promoted. I prefer "tigerlily" and "Ophelia" to this.

Look, Luigi, pay close attention... really, with Natalie I don't tolerate any nonsense.. :-) now I'll read the review.

the review is good. did Stephen Street produce this album? in the first two, his touch was noticeable. I'm not interested in the album.

by the way. As a longtime fan of the Cranberries but even more so of Sinéad O'Connor, I've always found the comparison between the two to be unfathomable, both in terms of vocal qualities (how can you compare them?) and songwriting skills. It's just that Dolores had more hits. However, in the realm of music for posterity, Sinéad occupies a significantly larger space than Dolores.

"layered bangs, blonde, and above all tanned like you’ve never seen her before, completing everything with all-white outfits." you look too much BUT HOW DO YOU DRESS...
