review in perfect Nirvana style (in the sense of ecstatic condition). If Kurt hadn't died, Nevermind would still have remained iconic (even if musically overrated), In Utero would have been a less "over the top" album but more complete, Bleach: the album-before-nevermind-that-sounds- cool-to-say-is-better-than-NM-becau se-I-knew-them-first, then they would have made beautiful, stunning, average, and maybe even a few ugly records (because they are human too). This live (album and DVD) is still unbeatable.

NOOO THE TRACK BY TRACK NOOO (...teeeeeeeikmiiiiiii tu de megic ooffa amoment ona glory...oooll...uen de cildren of tumoro scer de driiiiiiiiiimmm........laik iuendmiiiiiiiiiiiiii....) I'VE ALWAYS APPRECIATED THEIR CONSISTENCY, THEIR PERSISTENCE IN OFFERING THE UGLIEST COVERS IN THE UNIVERSE. just in perfect "Schlager-lieder" style.

I was in the 5th row at the '91 concert, I don't know if that's something to be proud of. However, it was a great show; I remember Rozalla and Kriss Kross (!) were the opening acts. The album, years later, seems rather forgettable to me.

@MATTE85: You don’t know her???? Sorry, wait a second while I sit down because I need to recover from the shock! :) Anyway, no matter where you start, you’ll be on the right track (but I would leave out, for the moment, the album Strange little girls). I hope you become passionate about this phantasmagoric artist.

never been able to stand it. really. maybe he writes well (if he’s been around for 100 years, there must be a reason) but all his songs (let's say the ones I've heard) always revolve around the same C chord. then when I think of him, I automatically think of Ligabue, Zucchero, and Vasco so...

Indeed, the title and the cover are not exactly inviting. Anyway, I am one of the few who preferred to follow Vince Clarke rather than stay with DM. I respect them a lot and I am sure they deserve all the appreciation, but my heart belongs to Yazoo and Erasure (even though Songs of Faith & Devotion is an absolute killer).

Well... it's always nice to see female guitarists in the spotlight. From the video, though, I don't see much mastery in the technique yet, but she is still very cute and puts a lot of passion into it. I'm backing her up.

@GBRUNORO: "As for your review, I would say that there aren't really any movies with super casts nowadays." In fact, I never said that!
