"What the hell do you have against grind albums with all the same covers and 50 identical songs?" They suck. :D

In fact, I wrote "seems more mature," not "is more mature"; it is a supposition, not a statement. ;) From the comments on a site, you can't understand a person, let alone their tastes, but you can get a general picture of them. You even posted them on your blog, including your favorite bands, which I stumbled upon yesterday. This is the impression you give me; dark ambient + Lorena M. is not enough to provide me with the image of a metalhead (or a metal enthusiast, however you want to call it) who is open-minded, like a junkyard owner might be, who doesn’t seem "metaller," but has reviewed both metal-related stuff and other diverse genres. It’s a matter of being musically open-minded, and I have a lot of respect for that. If this is a wrong opinion about you, I’d be glad to be mistaken; moreover, I thought you were older; just yesterday I read that you were born in 1990. You will have time and opportunity to broaden your tastes; I see you’re already starting to, and several posts like "this doesn't resonate with me anymore, I'm into other genres now, once I did" etc., seem to support that hypothesis. PS: I'm not being ironic, and it’s not a joke; I’m serious. Bye.

Why do indie bands always have to come up with these damn long pseudo-alternative names? Is it normal for an indie band to have a name like that, a certain look, just like it's normal for a grindcore band to make albums with 50 tracks, covers that are pseudo-violent, with titles all the same like "hell mutilation aids amputation rotten brutal death sperm"? All this conformity is simply absurd, not to mention pathetic! Anyway, good review. I don't know them.

so the best = hell O_O or did I misunderstand? come on, that guy is a jerk max 15 or 16 years old, hell, as much as he's into metal, seems a bit closed-minded, while appears to be civilized and more mature.
NoFX Wolves In Wolves' Clothing

Ah, I hadn't noticed the vote from the other one. :D Anyway, in melodic there are better options than the usual NOFX and Rancid (another band that’s too overhyped for me). My personal podium always remains Bad Religion + Face to Face + Pennywise. In fact, I'll soon write about "About a Time," what an incredible album that was?! Nice one, Taurus.

ps: since you like fast and messed-up melodic hc like NOFX, check out "Musical Monkey" and "THE ALBUM FORMERLY KNOWN" by Guttermouth. I just revisited them yesterday, I even loaded up Seimpol, they're pretty wacky too, but better than NOFX. Give it a listen! Musical Monkey - Guttermouth - Recensione di andrewramone

I've never really liked them that much; they're friendly, but too goofy. I only truly listened to NOFX's good debut when they were more raw, which I own (you should get it), Pump Up The Valium back in the day, and a few scattered songs here and there (Punk-O-Rama, etc.). I admit I snubbed them for years, and having promised myself to dig deeper, I finally listened to the much-praised Punk in Drublic. What can I say? The impression is the same as always, a solid 3 for me. 4 or 5 good tracks, and the rest filler, the same with Pump Up The Volume, which is already better. However, the lyrics work in their favor, goofy and silly like few others. I haven't listened to this one; from how you talk about it, it doesn't seem like much!
